Mr. Francis is dedicated to helping clients deal with IRS issues including missed returns, IRS notices, IRS audits and collection actions.  He frequently consults clients in tax planning and estate filings.  Taxes are getting more and more complicated as the government increases the IRS audit and collection staff.

 

Mr. Francis is a CPA in Virginia, Maryland, California, Oregon and Washington. He is licensed attorney in Virginia, New York and Washington and authorized to practice before the United States Tax court.

He was employed with the IRS for five years and studied advanced taxation at Golden Gate University and in law school. He held annual Preparer Tax Identification Number PTIN for the last 10 years and is an authorized electronic tax return filer (E-Fin) by the Internal Revenue Service.
